Data we process
- Account data such as name, email, password hash, profile details and preferences.
- Content and activity such as predictions, saved matches, follows, comments, likes and reports.
- Subscription identifiers and status received from Paddle; we do not store full payment-card details.
- Essential technical data such as authentication cookies, security logs, device/browser data and IP address where required for operation and fraud prevention.
Why we use it
We process data to create and secure accounts, provide requested features, display public profiles when enabled, process subscriptions, moderate the community, prevent abuse, meet legal duties and improve reliability. Depending on context, the legal basis may be contract, consent, legitimate interests or legal obligation.
Sharing and international processing
Data is shared only where needed with hosting, database, email, sports-data, analytics and payment providers, or when required by law. Providers may process data in other countries using applicable safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain account data while the account is active and as needed for legal, security and dispute purposes. Passwords are hashed and authentication uses protected cookies, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can edit profile visibility and account details in Settings. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
Children and contact
The platform is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to online services in their country. Privacy requests can be sent to the contact address published on the website. We may need to verify identity before acting.
